Having demonstrated repeated success in retail, wholesale, international business, professional sports, digital media and SaaS, he saw the opportunity to leverage his experience and relationships into an agency and started BGSC.

An entrepreneur and small business owner, Chelsea's background in ticket and partnership sales for the NY Jets, NY Yankees, NY Rangers/Madison Square Garden, and NASCAR's Championship Track - Homestead-Miami Speedway allowed her to transition to agency-side marketing campaign management in support of sales processes. Through her corporate portfolio and freelancing, she's built a uniquely robust network, taking "six degrees of separation" to three.

John carved a unique path harnessing his 15 year career in the sports and entertainment industry, applying this experience to Learning and Development. Through his work with Human Resources departments building and implementing training programs, he has developed proven methods for accelerating and motivating talent.

Scott has over 20+ years sales and management experience primarily in the sports and entertainment industry. He has worked in multiple different leagues including Major League Soccer, WPS and NASCAR. He also brings multiple relationships/connections from his experiences in being one of the founding partners in the building of one of the largest youth soccer organizations in the country. He most recently worked in the ticketing industry. Scott currently resides in Dallas, TX with his wife Heather.

Video Production Advisor

As a cinematographer Max has an artistic eye for art and emotion. Through his passions and platform at Max Video Productions, he pursues his visions while delivering excellence client after client.

Max was born in Austin, Texas, but soon after moved to South Korea where he lived for 6 years. In Korea at the young age of 7 he discovered his passion for movies. Movie watching quickly became a favorite father and son activity, subconsciously feeding the fires of Max’s future career.

Today Max has a portfolio showcasing his amazing ability to translate emotion through visual imagery. His work has been featured on PBS nationwide TV. Max adds, “I am thankful each and every day for being able to do what I love and I am passionate about.”
His desire and enthusiasm for cinematography thrives through the chance to create art for people from all walks of life. Sharing their stories through the lens of his camera gives Max the opportunity to capture and recreate the essence and emotion of the event in focus.
